Specialty coffee means that our coffee will always be graded at an 80/100, or better. Certified coffee sommeliers grade all of our coffee to make sure everything we roast meets our stringent quality requirements.
Coffee tends to stale after just 2 weeks after roasting. That's why everything from Gripps is roasted to order. We carry no roasted beans on hand and only blast 'em when they have a home. This is what fresh coffee actually means.
